Use your TinTinGhana account to browse products and stores, contact vendors and manage your purchases. Vendors and riders can access their account tools from the same app.

How do I install the Android app?

The native app requires Android 6.0 or newer. Download the official APK above, open it on your Android phone and follow the installation prompt. If Android asks, allow installation from the browser or file manager you used. You can turn that permission off after installation. Keep your existing app installed when updating so its saved settings remain available.

Can I use fingerprint login?

On a supported Android phone, sign in normally first. Open App settings and choose Enable biometric login. Your phone verifies your fingerprint or supported face before using the saved login. Your password and fingerprint are not stored by this feature. You can disable it in App settings.

How do phone alerts work?

Choose Enable phone alerts in App settings and allow notifications. TinTinGhana announcements can play a sound and vibrate, depending on your phone's notification settings. Tap an alert to open its page inside the app.

Is TinTinGhana available on iPhone and desktop?

Available platform releases appear above as they are published. You can also use the website on Android, iPhone, iPad, Windows, macOS and Linux. Where your browser supports it, choose Add to Home Screen or Install app from the browser menu.
